I am an energetic and friendly person, always trying to see the best in people and help them discover their strengths. At the same time, I am disciplined and goal-oriented, which helps me move towards my dreams.

In my free time, I love sports. Running gives me a sense of freedom, stretching helps me stay flexible, and reading gives me the opportunity to learn something new and get inspired. Communicating with friends is a special joy, because in a warm company I am charged with energy and inspiration.

I think my ideal man is a person with whom I can be myself, feel supported and inspired at the same time. He is self-confident, but without excessive pride; his strength is in the ability to listen, understand and respect other people's boundaries. He has kind eyes and a sincere smile that instantly wins you over.

He cares about his health and physical fitness, loves sports as much as I do. Maybe he runs in the morning or is into something like swimming or cycling. It is important to me that he shares my interest in an active lifestyle - it not only inspires, but also gives us the opportunity to spend time together.

Intelligence also plays a big role for me. I value in a man the ability to conduct an interesting dialogue, the desire to learn new things and develop. Maybe he is interested in psychology, like me, or he has his own hobby, which he can talk about with sparkling eyes.
